WEEE Directive

Directive 2012/19/EU of 4 July 2012 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, known as the WEEE Directive, transposed in France by Decree No. 2014-928 of 19 August 2014: WEEE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

RoHS Directive

RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, amended by Directive 2015/863/EU, which restricts the use of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium and two brominated flame retardants in electrical and electronic equipment:

• PBB (polybrominated biphenyl)
• PBDE (polybrominated diphenyl ether)

and the following substances:

• DEHP (bis-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate),
• BBP (benzyl butyl phthalate),
• DBP (dibutyl phthalate).

These substances are not present in any ECRIN Systems products covered by the RoHS Directive, except in cases specified in the decree where no viable technical alternative exists.
