Except specific contracts, our standard repair procedure is as follows:
Any defective item must be returned to our office with its return authorisation (RMA No. directly downloadable below or on request at firstname.lastname@example.org) and a description as precise as possible of the failure specifying the conditions of use, the operating system used and the anomalies observed. The cost of sending the system in failure to our office is at the customer's expense (38920 Crolles - France), the return after repair remaining at the charge of ECRIN Systems.
