ECRIN Systems is recruiting a Qualifications Officer

At ECRIN Systems, your mission will consist of:

• Participating in the pre-sales phase with System Architects to calculate qualifications (laboratory consultation, support for System Architects in analyzing standards).
• Drafting Environmental Qualification Plans based on customer specifications/discussions with customers.
• Plan the various qualifications with laboratories and project managers.
• Take charge of qualification setups and travel to the lab to start the qualifications.
• Take charge of exchanges between laboratories and customers in case of questions during qualifications.
• Proofread laboratory qualification reports and write QTRs (Qualification Test Reports), which are summary documents of the results.

Ideally, additional skills to expand the current scope to include:

• Defining the functional testing strategy based on the customer's specifications.
• Defining tests based on a synopsis of connections between systems or electronic components. Examples of connections: Ethernet (CU/FO), video, serial connection, SAS, USB, etc.
• Definition of tests based on electronic characteristics (CPU load test, GPU, SSD throughput, switch implementation)

Regular contact with:

• Systems architect
• Project managers
• Members of the Design Office
• Linux expert in charge of writing test scripts

• Minimum 10 years' experience.
• Proficiency in standards relating to environmental constraints (shocks, vibrations, EMC, IP, etc.) - Examples: MIL STD 810/461, DO 160, AECTP
• Digital electronics skills essential.
• Written English essential. (spoken English not required)
• 4 to 5 days of travel per month to laboratories (Rhône Alpes region).

Type of contract: Permanent contract to start in early April at the Crolles site (Isère).
