Acromag's product portfolio is centered around three major technology families, all designed to maximize I/O density while reducing size, weight, and power consumption (SWaP).
AcroPack Mezzanine Cards (mini PCIe) The AcroPack range is based on a mini PCIe mezzanine architecture enhanced with a proprietary 100-pin connector that routes signals directly to the carrier board’s external connectors—without internal wiring. Over 25 I/O functions are available: A/D and D/A converters, serial communications, MIL-STD-1553 avionics interfaces, digital I/O, and FPGAs. AcroPack modules are compatible with VPX, CompactPCI Serial, PCIe, and PC/104 chassis.
FPGA Modules (XMC and QMC) Acromag’s XMC and QMC boards offer a user-reconfigurable FPGA platform based on AMD Kintex-7, Artix-7, or Zynq UltraScale+ components. They combine programmable logic, multi-core ARM processors, and high-speed serial interfaces (up to 10 GbE or VITA 66 fiber-optic links at 16 Gbit/s) for signal processing, sensor fusion, or algorithmic acceleration applications in rugged environments.
Single-board computers and processor cards (VPX, CompactPCI Serial) Acromag also offers 3U OpenVPX SBCs (Single Board Computers) compliant with the SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) standard, equipped with the latest generation of Intel Xeon processors, XMC slots, and high-density interfaces. These processor boards are designed for the most advanced aerospace and defense platforms, with software support for Linux, Windows, and VxWorks.
