Launch of myOPALE-RS: ECRIN Systems’ new-generation 2U rugged AI server

ECRIN Systems, an expert in ruggedised and embedded solutions, announces the launch of the myOPALE-RS, a 2U ruggedised AI server designed to deliver exceptional computing power in the most demanding environments.

Designed for mission-critical applications, this new server combines industrial-grade robustness, cutting-edge architecture and advanced GPU performance to support artificial intelligence deployments in edge computing, defence, industry and data infrastructure.

An architecture designed for AI and high-performance computing

At the heart of myOPALE-RS, the architecture is based on two 6th-generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, capable of handling massive, parallelised workloads. This CPU foundation is complemented by the option to integrate two high-performance dual-slot GPUs, including models up to 600W such as the NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition.

This combination enables the system to effectively handle use cases such as:

  • AI training and inference,
  • Real-time data processing,
  • HPC and advanced analytics applications.

The integration of up to 4 TB of DDR5 ECC memory and a PCIe Gen4/Gen5 architecture ensures optimal performance and high bandwidth for the most demanding workloads.

The myOPALE-RS has been designed to meet the demands of industrial and embedded environments. Its machined aluminium chassis, combined with a stainless steel front panel, ensures high mechanical strength and enhanced robustness.

The system complies with MIL-STD-810 requirements for temperature, vibration and shock, ensuring reliable operation in extreme conditions.

Its advanced thermal architecture, featuring several high-efficiency fans and a passive design for the GPUs, maintains stable performance even under heavy load.

High availability and service continuity

Designed for mission-critical deployments, the myOPALE-RS features a redundant 2400W power supply (1+1), ensuring maximum service continuity.

The system also features advanced remote monitoring and management capabilities via BMC, IPMI 2.0 and the Redfish interface, enabling precise and secure control of the infrastructure.

High-speed network connectivity (2.5GbE and 10GbE) enhances its ability to integrate into distributed architectures and edge environments.
